The Tibetan singing bowls are an ancient means of meditation. The unique alloy of metals from which the singing bowls are made allows you to get a sound that is significantly different from the sound of all other musical instruments. Unlike synthesizers that produce outwardly similar sounds, the sound of Tibetan bowls is "charged" due to the friction of wood on metal. This has many important implications, such as the healing properties of the sounds of singing bowls or their ability to increase the receptivity of certain glands that act as "switches" between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. The sound of Tibetan singing bowls consists of a limitless stream of overtones that form sound spirals that revolve around the "real" (main audible) sound. This interaction of overtones is based on the wave principle: two sound streams meet, form a standing wave and dissolve in the "ocean" of sounds. In contrast to the mechanical repetition characteristic of minimalism, here each such meeting is a separate, unique event, each slightly, almost imperceptibly different from the others. The transparent sound of singing bowls, rich in overtones, is a wonderful energy-rich music for meditation and healing. It is often used in massage.

Stone therapy - exposure to special heated stones for deep saturation of the body with heat. Like other methods of traditional Tibetan medicine, it combines high efficiency with complete safety for the body and is used not only for treatment, but also for the prevention of diseases. The effectiveness of this and other procedures is determined, first of all, by the doctor's ability to recognize the internal problems of the body, determine the direction and nature of the treatment, select the zones of influence (biologically active points) and a set of therapeutic measures. Warming up with heated stones increases the level of heat in the body, expels cold from it and diseases of "cold", activates metabolic processes, increases the tone of the body and its resistance to external negative factors (immunity).
Our planet, its endless bowels, are available to us as a source of strength, good health and long life. The ancient science of understanding the secrets of water, earth, air and plants was born by our ancestors, for whom the knowledge of the useful properties of the world around them was not only a boon, but also the only way to survive. Millennia have passed since then. Today, traditional and traditional medicine go hand in hand through life.
Gone are the days of persecution, when adherents of therapeutic methods of treatment declared sorcerers, healers, herbalists - sorcerers and charlatans. And adherents of traditional medicine and natural forces, in turn, betrayed doctors "anathema". In today's world, non-traditional therapies and traditional medicine are complementary, and medical specialists are increasingly recommending holistic therapies. Just look at the pharmacy showcases, where medicinal herbs and herbal preparations and conventional chemical-based medicines coexist perfectly on the shelves. In addition, herbal ingredients are increasingly included in the composition of popular medicines. And this is not only the victory of traditional medicine! When the forces of science unite with the forces of nature, and help to give a worthy rebuff to the forces of disease, we win with you.
